The Million Dollar Advocates Forum

The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is pleased to announce that attorney Joseph D. Bloch of Denver, Colorado has been certified as a member.

The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. The organization was founded in 1993 and there are approximately 5000 members located throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Forum membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy, and provides members with a national network of experienced colleagues for professional referral and information exchange in major cases. Members must have acted as principal counsel in at least one case in which their client has received a verdict, award or settlement in the amount of one million dollars or more. About Joseph D. Bloch

Joseph D. Bloch is a graduate of California Western School of Law. Practice description (as stated by member): Mr. Bloch is the founding attorney of Bloch & Chapleau, which was founded more than 30 years ago in 1987. He maintains a diverse practice specializing in personal injury, ski accidents, recreational injuries, auto and motorcycle accidents, business law, and civil litigation. Mr. Bloch has over 30 years of litigation experience MILLION DOLLAR ADVOCATES FORUM, LLC representing clients in trials and appeals in both state and federal court. He also maintains an active practice with offices in Denver, as well as in the Vail Valley and Summit County.

Mr. Bloch has represented hundreds of injured clients. Clients include people who have been seriously injured in car and motorcycle accidents, ski injuries, and dog bites. He has successfully received jury verdicts where punitive damages were awarded against large corporations for bad conduct. This includes Vail Resorts and State Farm. In Lacerra vs. State Farm the jury found that State Farm committed outrageous conduct against his client. Mr. Bloch is an accomplished skier and snowboarder. He has previously ski raced in the U.S. and Europe, as well as being a professional mogul skier. As a result, Mr. Bloch has a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of ski and snowboard related injuries. He enjoys personally investigating ski cases by going to the collision site.
