Amanda Garcia is admitted to practice law in all Colorado State Courts. She earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019 and earned her B.A. in Business with experience in Finance and Accounting from Colorado State University in 2017.
Ms. Garcia is an effective and diligent advocate for her clients. After graduating law school, Ms. Garcia worked as a criminal defense lawyer in Maricopa County, Arizona for three years as a Public Defender. She received extensive courtroom and trial experience defending her clients in a wide range of serious felony and misdemeanor cases. During that time, Ms. Garcia became an adamant and successful litigator who fought zealously for her clients’ rights.
Ms. Garcia has also worked for two domestic relations court Magistrates, allowing her to learn family law from a judge’s point of view. Prior to joining Bloch & Chapleau, Ms. Garcia worked at a local Denver law firm focusing in the areas of family law and criminal defense. A parent herself, she is passionate about family law and helping people through some of the hardest and stressful times of their lives. Her clients describe her as a compassionate and driven litigator who made them feel like her only client.
